OrganismHQ scans public blockchain addresses and public market data. Do not paste private keys, seed phrases, passwords, or non-public credentials into the product.

Public Scan Data

Token, wallet, liquidity, contract, Safe, and NFT addresses entered into OrganismHQ may be sent to public data providers so the app can return source-backed intelligence.

Giveaway Email Entries

If you enter the $500 Bitcoin giveaway, OrganismHQ stores the email address you submit, the entry source, basic request details such as browser user agent and referring page, and the time of entry. This is used to record one email signup per person, contact the selected winner, send giveaway updates, and send OrganismHQ product or launch update emails.

Email Updates

Giveaway entrants may receive direct update emails from OrganismHQ. You can request removal from future promotional emails by contacting support@organismhq.com with the email address you used.

Deletion Requests

You can request deletion of account, giveaway, billing-contact, or submitted project data by emailing support@organismhq.com. Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, tax, legal, security, payment dispute, or audit reasons.

Data Providers

Provider lookups can include CoinGecko, DexScreener, DEXTools, Etherscan, Blockscout, DefiLlama, Covalent, Moralis, Alchemy, Sourcify, OpenSea, Rarible, and GoPlus when configured or available.

Payments

Checkout, subscriptions, billing portal access, and payment confirmation are handled by Stripe. OrganismHQ does not store card numbers in the application codebase.

Update List And Giveaways

If you enter an OrganismHQ giveaway or update list, OrganismHQ stores the submitted email address, source page, opt-in status, and rules version so entries can be administered and winners can be contacted.

Two-Part Authentication

Authenticator-app setup stores signed, httpOnly browser cookies for enrollment and verified sessions. OrganismHQ does not need your authenticator account password.

What Not To Enter

Never enter seed phrases, private keys, exchange logins, passwords, unreleased contract secrets, private customer records, or wallet recovery information. Giveaway entry only requires an email address.

Diagnostics

The app may record checkout status, source availability, scan success or failure, giveaway signup success or failure, and provider gaps so the product can be supported and improved without inventing unavailable data.
